How to take Megavol:
Take one to two capsules daily as a dietary supplement. For bigger gains take three tablets spread evenly throughout the day. Do not take more than the recommended amount and for no longer than the four week cycle with no less than eight weeks off between cycles. Stop taking immediately upon any adverse reaction.
