All European shipping is automatically calculated in the shopping cart.

International shipping is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for all orders under 2kgs for any shipping orders enquirys please contact kim@mybodybuildingsuperstore.com.

Please note that all customers outside of the EU may have to pay local import duties / sales taxes on the value of their order.

Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to receiving your order by approx 10.30am for Royal Mail and 12.00pm for ANC AND Fastway couriers.

• Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays, so any orders placed after 10.30am friday for Royal Mail and 12.00pm for ANC AND Fastway couriers will not be despatched untill Monday morning.
• If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order.
• It is therefore very important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.

• Royal Mail 1st Class: 1st class recorded post. This is a insured but untracked service which usually takes only 1-3 days. However, its not a time-guaranteed service so in some cases it may take several days longer. This is a FREE delivery method for all uk orders.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: If you want your delivery guaranteed to arrive next day by 1pm, you can select this option for Royal Mail's special delivery service.
• ANC & Fast way Couriers A fully tracked service also require's a signature, we use this for most heavy items within the UK.
