All European shipping is automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
International shipping is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for all orders under 2kgs for any shipping orders enquirys please contact kim@mybodybuildingsuperstore.com .
Please note, mybodybuildingsuperstore will not be liable for any customs seizures.
Refunds will only be given in instances where the order has been returned to us and hipping costs will be deducted from any refunds given to under these circumstances.
Please note that all customers outside of the EU may have to pay local import duties / sales taxes on the value of their order.
- Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to receiving your order by approx 2.30pm for Royal Mail and 3.00pm for ANC AND Fastway couriers.
- Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays, so any orders placed after 2.30pm friday for Royal Mail and 3.00pm for ANC AND Fastway couriers will not be despatched untill Monday morning.
- If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order.
- It is therefore very important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.
mybodybuildingsuperstore.com prides itself on delivering a fast efficient service, so we use a several different couriers and services to enable us to do this.
- Royal Mail 1st Class: 1st class recorded post. This is a insured but untracked service which usually takes only 1-3 days. However, its not a time-guaranteed service so in some cases it may take several days longer. This is a FREE delivery method for all uk orders.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: If you want your delivery guaranteed to arrive next day by 1pm, you can select this option for Royal Mail's special delivery service.
- ANC couriers generally require a signature. The following time specific options are available:
- Fast way Couriers (the fastest growing courier network in the UK) A fully tracked service also require's a signature, we use this for most heavy items within the UK.
